Cancellations and Refunds

At Vydi Heritage, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure that your experience with us is pleasant and hassle-free. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, or replacements may be issued.


1. Order Cancellation

For Products:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@vydicheritage.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

For Tourism Packages / Services:

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email at least 7 days prior to the service date.
  • Cancellations made:
    • 7 days or more before the booking date → 100% refund
    • 3–6 days before the booking date → 50% refund
    • Less than 3 days beforeNo refund
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

2. Refund Process

  • Once a cancellation is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the credit.

3. Returns and Replacements (for Products Only)

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

After verifying the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Note: We do not accept returns for perishable items, digital products, or custom-made goods.


4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards or promotional offers
  • Bookings cancelled after the deadline period
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

5. Force Majeure

Vydi Heritage is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, political unrest, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
